    This amazing modern home has a new owner. It has been fully renovated from top to bottom. Everything is new. It has all the bells and whistles...

    The home is located on a corner end lot with a conservation area on one side, and no rear neighbors behind you. It is very private and quiet. It's a great home for families to enjoy. The front porch has a great seating area to drink your morning coffee, read a book or just relax with nature and the beautiful view.

    The Space:

    The first floor consists of a fully equipped brand-new state of the art kitchen with a large eat on granite peninsula which seats 6. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare all your meals at home. Brand new top of the line LG stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is an air fryer-toaster oven, Ninja blender, coffee maker, electric kettle etc... with a separate large dining room area that seats 6. The lower level wide open floor plan also consists of a grand living room with a huge 70-inch TV on the wall. All the tv's in the home are smart tv's. There is an HDMI cord already in place for you to bring your PlayStation or Xboxes. The 1st floor also consists of a bathroom with access to the pool, a separate laundry room and corner office area to do work if needed.

    The second floor has 4 extremely large bedrooms. The king size oversized primary bedroom has a very private en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, soaking tub and separate shower. The primary bedroom has a 65-inch flat screen TV wall mounted. The 2nd bedroom also has a king size bed with a 65-inch flat screen TV on the wall as well. This bedroom has its own private entrance to the main bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds with a flat screen TV. The 4th bedroom is a kid's paradise with 2 sets of triple bunk beds. This awesome bright room sleep's up to 6. The bedroom also has the TV mounted on the wall. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is a central air conditioning system throughout the house.

    There is secured WIFI included throughout the whole home & pool area. There is a pack-n-play, high chair & a stroller for the small ones available so you don't have to travel with all the extra stuff.

    We have our own private swimming pool and spa area with outside space with patio loungers and furniture to ensure our guests can relax and take full advantage of the Florida sunshine. The whole rear pool deck is fully screened in. We do have pool door alarms, so that you can relax with your smaller children in our villa.

    There is a house alarm for you to use. The security system on this home is top of the line and we will pre-program the door and alarm codes to the numbers you request to make your stay with us easier.

    We are located in the amazing gated community of the High Grove resorts which offers an oasis of peace and tranquility. There is a family restaurant/bar right outside the gated community and shops (Walmart, grocery stores, Dunkin donuts, Starbucks, etc...) bars and restaurants within a few minutes distance. Literally everything you could want and need are just short drives away. High Grove is a family oriented gated community with Mediterranean style homes, there is a very welcoming clubhouse which has a fully equipped gym, games room, a miniature golf course, children's play park, plus an additional large swimming pool and hot tub.

    The community is maintained to a very high standard.

    We are located ONLY 6 MILES FROM DISNEY properties and other major attractions within minutes, you’ll be at the entrance to Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Disney Springs. Plus, this vacation home is conveniently located to 192 and I-4 bringing you to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, City Walk, and Sea World within a short 20-minute drive. If location is your top priority, this vacation villa is close to all that the area has to offer, so come make some magical memories with us!

    Please note this is a self-catering villa. We start you off with a roll of toilet paper & a small soap in each bathroom. After that guest's purchase their own. Any cleaning supplies left by previous guests will be there for you to use.

    You also have the option to add pool & spa heat to your stay for an extra fee.

  • Amazing beautiful home located near everything! It was a breeze to get to Disney, universal, SeaWorld and Lego land. Nice central location and such a luxury to have the pool right there in the backyard to relax and play with the kids. The alarm system for the pool was perfection, we felt safe and secure at all times knowing none of the kids could sneak out to the pool. Definitely will recommend to others.

  • As soon as you walk in the house the AC was pumping and it felt super good. House has Positive cool vibes feels right at home. Amazing, quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The house is perfect no neighbors on the left. Pool was clean and ready to use. Walmart literally across the street. Publix down the road, Denny’s half a mile away, Waffle House half a mile away. I mean location is perfect 18-25 minutes to all the parks With most of that time navigating to your park on Disney grounds. All in all we celebrated our daughters 6th bday and the memories will last us a lifetime.

  • The house was clean, easy to get to, and Lynn was great at working with our needs and communicated quickly. The bedrooms were really spacious and worked well for our family. A couple of things that weren't communicated beforehand were that the dresser in one of the bedrooms was falling apart and not usable and that we were expected to throw a load of laundry in the washer before we checked out. Check out was at 10 and the cleaners knocked on the door around 9:40, which just added stress to an already busy morning. If check out is at 10, I think you should be uninterrupted until then. Otherwise our stay was fantastic and would recommend this house to anyone visiting the area.

  • We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and there is a clubhouse that has things for kids and adults to do like mini golf and ping pong. My only complaint is that the pool at the house is in the shade all day long and never gets any sun (at least not in February). This was a big deal to us as we were planning to spend most of our trip swimming and relaxing poolside in the sun. We were still able to swim since we paid for the heated pool but it wasn’t as pleasant.

  • Nice clean home in a pretty decent location. We very much enjoyed ourselves

  • This is a comfortable and practical house with plenty of space. We had two small families staying here and never felt cramped. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable and heated (there is a separate fee to heat them) and the kids had great time. The neighborhood is quiet, with a cute little park that has a mini golf course. We liked the location. There is a local Irish pub with great food 2 minutes away and a grocery store 5 mins away. The adult beds were quite firm. The kids had quite a few beds to choose from. The bunk beds were alot of fun for them! In the evenings, the smell of sulfur outside is quite strong from a water treatment plant nearby, but it didn’t really bother us. Check in and communication with the owners was simple and responsive.

    Overall, we had a nice time and were happy with the accommodations!

  • We stayed at this house for a week and the place overpassed our expectations. The house is clean and comfortable. Close to theme parks, and very important it is located in a private community. We highly recommend this house!

  • Stayed almost 2 weeks here. Location is perfect for pretty much everything you would want to do. My family had complete privacy the whole time there. Lynn is a great host. Will definitely book again.

  • House is large and spacious. In a quiet neighborhood. Pool is very nice and well maintained. Furniture is a little worn out, some of the pans in the kitchen could be replaced and the carpet upstairs could use a deep clean. Lynn was very easy to work with, communication was excellent and check in and check out process was seamless with no issues. Overall a very wonderful experience. We would definitely stay there again if we went back to the Clermont area.

  • The house was a decent size and it was in a gate community. I definitely was a quite neighborhood perfect location to get to the parks. Lynn had great communication. Some of the was cloths were dirty and there was gum stuck to the underneath the night stand and the a/c only lets you go to 72 degrees

  • We had an amazing vacation here. Close to all the parks. Close to anything you need, restaurants, grocery stores, Walmart.... the house is in a gated community, so kids could ride their bikes around without worries. The best part was the personal pool. Great size, clean and endless fun. Kitchen is good sized and well stocked, so it saves a bunch of money being able to cook your own meals. Bathrooms are clean and it’s great having 3. Bedrooms are all large. For us, we loved doing Disney this way, got to spend a bunch of family time together in the pool, and had a nice large home to come home to after the parks. Great bonuses are washer and dryer, dishwasher, a bathroom door attached to the pool area and pet friendly so our whole family could go on vacation.

  • The place is in excellent location, quiet neighborhood. The house was fresh and clean pool was ready and waiting. If you want the hot tub you need to pay for pool heat I missed that in the original extra fees. When you get there they do have a list of add ons with prices available. We didn’t use the pool heat but still had an amazing time. Water was warm. All and all would stay there again.
